Challenge 28 – 28 Minutes a Day. Your Way.
This February, take on Challenge 28—just 28 minutes of movement a day, for 28 days.
How you use your 28 minutes a day is completely up to you. Your 28 minutes don’t have to happen all at once—split them up throughout the day if that suits you better. Walk, roll, stroll around your neighbourhood, hop on your bike, or swim your way through the month—every minute moves us closer to something amazing.
Exercise is personal, so find your pace and have fun with it! Take the stairs, dance around the house, or turn it into a social activity with friends or family. However you choose to move, you’ll be supporting life-changing MS research and supporting the MS community. Every single day you complete brings us closer to a world free from MS.
